These days, work is tiptoeing around the house in the early hours of the day, working in the dark and hoping the boys sleep just a bit longer.
Work is phone meetings in a parking lot before preschool pickup, with toddler negotiations on the side that involve Pirate Booty.
Work is an afternoon crunch to wrap up some final pieces for the day during nap time and quiet time.
But what a crazy blessing that I get to call this work. That I get to build a career in these pockets of time, in the midst of my babies!
